Advance Directive Form
To ensure you get care according to your preferences, consider completing an Advance Directive prior to your hospitalization. This form allows you to name an individual whom you trust to make healthcare decisions for you.
ATM
For your convenience, an automated teller machine (ATM) is located in the hospital Café (cafeteria) and the lobby of the Emergency Department. Both machines sell postage stamps in addition to providing banking transactions.
